Hot Stone Therapy

In this unique body treatment, smooth, heated stones are placed on the body where you are experiencing discomfort to support the body's natural healing process. We combine this therapy with essential oils to create a feeling of deep relaxation and well-being and to aid in reducing muscle tension.

Shirodhara

SHIRODHARA is a great way to experience profound relaxation. This treatment includes hot stone therapy, balancing of marma points, and ends with the pouring of a continuous stream of warm dosha oil over the middle of the forehead to relax the body and bring peace and clarity to the mind. Combined with light scalp, face, head and neck massage, Shirodhara is an experience that is both physically nurturing and mentally calming.

Kansa Vataki

KANSA VATAKI is the art of massaging the feet with the curved surface of a traditional three-metal bowl used exclusively for foot massage. The bowl is made with a blend of precious, energy balancing metals designed to relieve stress. Combined with various foot soaks and some light reflexology, this is a great relaxer for those who enjoy receiving foot therapies.
